Age: All dogs must be 5 months or older
Sex: All dogs must be spayed or neutered by 7 months to be allowed to play with other dogs.
Shots: We must have current shot records from your vet.
Shots required: Parvo/Distemper combo: 1 or 3 year (per your vets recommendation)
Rabies: 3 year
Bordatella: 6 month or 1 year ( per your vet recommendation)
Lepto: Per your vets recommendation
Health: All dogs must be in good health. Owners will need to certify that their dogs are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable condition within the last 30 days
